A TICKLE IN THE HEART Swing & Klezmer Trio Köln

KlezCats (2003), represents our excursion along the KlezCats trail, where we sought New York Klezmer Stars of the previous hundred years. Numerous pictures, a dance description of the Sher and detailed information about the music is given in the liner notes.

These 3 CDs have been compiled from our concert programmes, which have been represented until the present:

Ballroom (1999), tells the story of a heavenly dance palace. Swing & Klezmer meet here together in a wild dancing turmoil amongst Waltzes,Gershwin and Bulgars.

Radio TOV! (2000), presents a radio show with `Yiddish Melodies in Swing´. Here, you'll find Benny Goodman's Klezmer-Swing arrangements, our own compositions, Klez-Standards and even Cab Calloway's 'Ot Azoy!'. These melodies, form the soundtrack to our second programme, 'Radio TOV!'
